Project OTZMA is a 10 month volunteer leadership development program for Jewish adults ages 20-25 (college grads preferred). OTZMA provides its participants with the opportunity to live and work with Israelis on kibbutzim, youth aliyah villages, immigration absorption centers and areas of urban renewal. OTZMA also includes an intensive educational program, hiking trips throughout the country, and the unique experience of an Israeli adoptive family.

The oldest Arabians breeding programme in Israel, Sabra Arabians is one of the very few world-wide who breed purely with old Crabbet blood lines.
