Chetz V’Keshet is a unique program that combines youth from abroad and local Israeli youth .the groups are combined to emphasize the connection between Israel and Jews in the Diaspora. The Program is operated by the Israeli Scouts and the Gadna, the Educational Division of the Israeli Army. |
