FAQ & Help
1. What are Pixels? Pixels are single points in a graphic, each pixel in joined to the next pixel. Monitors (such as the one you are using to view this website) divide the screen into millions of pixels over a series of rows and columns, each one displaying a colour so what you see is a complete picture on your monitor. 2. I'm not sure how many Pixels my logo is? If you are unsure how many pixels your logo is we can calculate this for you, send your logo to pixels@mavensearch.com. We endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. 4. What is the cost and how much can I buy? You can purchase as many pixels as you wish assuming availability. We offer 1 pixel for $1.00 (US). A minimum purchase is 100 pixels (10*10 pixel block) as this is the minimum amount of pixels needed for a logo to appear. To purchase pixels, visit our Buy Pixels page. 5. Do I need to send the logo the exact size of my pixel purchase? It is not essential as we are able to resize your image to the same size as the number of pixels you purchased. However, please note that resizing can cause your image to become distorted and skewed if it does not have the same aspect ratio of your pixel purchase block. 6. Can I change my logo and website description at a later date? Absolutely! We understand that you might want to make changes from time to time. Just email the updates to pixels@mavensearch.com (this is subject to fair use). 7. Is it safe to buy pixels from your website? We have chosen Worldpay to complete the purchasing of pixels. Worldpay is safe, secure and globally recognised for its robust security and reliance. 8. Where did the Pixel Ads concept originate from? This unique marketing and advertising concept was conceived by a student called Alex Tew who wanted to find a way to pay himself through his studies. The end results was www.milliondollarhomepage.com 9. How can I contact you? Still got more questions which need answering. Just click here and complete the form. |
